Not a standalone part of a company, but a complete business unit that you run: from partner meetings to the supplier in China failing to meet their KPIs. You determine the priority, assign the action, and ensure it actually happens. This is not a year-long onboarding process. From day one/week 2, you have ownership of a business unit with a direct impact on customer satisfaction, revenue, and growth.
Service Points is a fast-growing e-commerce and supply chain platform that connects European webshops and brands with suppliers and factories in China. Through our platform, we support clients with sourcing, quotations, order processing, fulfillment, supplier communication, and resolving operational issues.
Our focus is not on offering the lowest price, but on building a reliable and scalable supply chain. This means control over supplier performance, clear KPIs, fast communication, and structural improvement.
Service Points works with a Dutch team, a local team in China, and an international network of suppliers, factories, and commercial partners.
Within White Labels, we make our infrastructure, technology, and supply chain operations available to external partners. These partners offer our services to their customers under their own brand.
The quality of the White Label is ultimately determined by the entire chain. Partners must be well informed, end customers must be helped quickly, suppliers must perform reliably, and internal teams must collaborate effectively.
To further professionalize and grow White Label, we are looking for a single end-to-end manager: the White Label Lead.
You are the central point of contact for our White Label partners and ultimately responsible for daily operations, partner satisfaction, supplier performance, and growth. Do you see something going wrong? You don't wait; you take it upon yourself, assign an owner and a deadline, and check whether the result is actually achieved.
Concrete example: a supplier in China is late for three (3) weeks in a row. You investigate the underlying cause, involve the Supplier Manager in China, agree on an improvement plan with a deadline, and check for two weeks whether the figures have actually improved.
When a local presence is required, deploy the team in China strategically:
The local colleague carries out the investigation or visit, but you remain the owner of the problem and the final result.
