Discover our dropship levels

How does it work?

At Service Points we work with Dropship Levels. Your dropship Level is determined by the total number of orders you have made via Service Points. Also, every quarter we look at the number of orders you have made on average per day. These two together then determine your Dropship Level.
‍
You can always benefit from all the advantages within your achieved Dropship Level. In the SP platform by your name you can see which level is currently applicable.

Be sure to take advantage of this and let your account manager know all your wishes so that he/she can get to work on them!

Yes, always ask your account manager about the possibilities.

Where can I see what dropship level I have and what I'm working towards?

Both can be found at the top right under your name when you are logged into the platform and have the homepage in front of you. In addition, you will receive a message from your account manager every quarter when your dropship level has changed.
