While no solution guarantees that holds or rolling reserves will not occur, we have discussed this partnership extensively with Viva's risk management department and it has been approved. This means that the chance of holds is minimal, as long as you continue to perform well as an entrepreneur 💪

Initially, a rolling reserve of 5% to 15% is applied, but after 1 to 3 months this is removed based on your dispute rate and reviews.

Unlimited scaling is absolutely possible and even encouraged!
