Service Points opens an office in China
See how Service Points expands to China
We have found the real bottleneck
In this fifth episode of China Supply Chain, we show how the focus is shifting from suppliers to factories. After months of optimization, we have now entered a phase where we are validating everything. We measure which actions actually impact KPIs, lead times, and costs. In doing so, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: the greatest influence on performance lies with the factories. We are therefore actively building a system of whitelisting and blacklisting so that we only work with parties that meet our standards. This allows us to create better prices, faster lead times, and greater inventory certainty. Additionally, the team in China continues to grow. Nina has started as Supplier Manager, and we are in the final phase of the search for an experienced Factory Manager to further strengthen our factory strategy. This is the next step in building a supply chain that is not dependent on the market, but sets its own standard.

Most dropshipping supply chains are built on speed, not quality.
When we went to China, we discovered where things really go wrong.
We traveled to China multiple times to analyze suppliers, factories, and operational processes up close. And there we discovered something important. A large part of the problems do not originate with the suppliers themselves, but one layer deeper: at the factories. That is where the core of supply chain quality lies.
If processes at the factory level are unstable, the entire supply chain remains unstable.
And that is exactly where the next step of Service Points begins.

Therefore, Service Points is opening an office in China.
Not a standard dropshipping platform. A supply chain infrastructure.
