China Supply Chain Series 🇨🇳
Why did we go to China?
What happens behind the scenes at suppliers? Why do prices differ? Where do delays occur? And how are problems solved?
To get a better grip on that, we have decided to build our own team in China.
Not to work harder. But to steer smarter, improve faster, and gain more control over the entire supply chain.
The impact is already measurable.
In this third episode of China Supply Chain, we show the impact of our presence in China. While in the previous video we mainly showed that we started implementing systems, standards, and optimizations, we are now going a step further: the first measurable results.
Since Kevin started visiting suppliers in person and analyzing processes, we have seen clear improvements in performance. Suppliers are scaling up teams, workflows are being organized more efficiently, and communication is faster and more consistent. And our customers notice this immediately. In addition, we welcome Nina as our first local Supply Chain Manager in China. With her arrival, we are starting the next phase.
